From a career standpoint I have been involved in the information technology industry coming into 10 years. From a personal stance I have been involved in computers since child hood. I take great satisfaction from the use and the assistance of others in there digital pursuits. A little professional history of my experience and qualifications is included below.

I started my technical career as a Teacher’s Assistant for the San Diego County Schools district while attending college, working in a school computer lab assisting and teaching high school students in the use of computers for future job placement tools. Moving on to a more technical and internet related field I was employed with American Digital Network (ADN) an Internet Service Provider working in the Technical Support division assisting customers via telephone and email with the setup and usage of hosting, dial-up, and broad band services offered by ADN.

My next career move was to work for Qualcomm, Inc. one of the largest companies in America producing cell phone technology, as an IT Analyst with the internal support help desk. Working for a large company like Qualcomm, Inc. was a great experience using and supporting customers on some of the newest technology available at the time. I learned many aspects to the digital world from my position there.

Moving out east to start my family with my wife, I’ve worked various jobs in the same vein of technical support and administration. Most recently working for Victory Auto Dealership as an IT manager and Sprint as a broad band technical support representative.

Now I’ve decided to work on a more intimate level with the customer and have decided to open my own computer support business. Allowing customer to obtain the support they deserve in this digital age. I hope in the future you will allow me to be Your Tech Guru.
